- Payment information: when you pay online we route payment through our PCI-DSS-compliant processor (Stripe, Inc.). We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
- Communications: emails, form submissions, phone recordings (where legally permitted with notice), and support tickets.

- Carriers & delivery partners — the LTL / FTL / expedited carrier assigned to your shipment receives what it needs to pick up and deliver.

- Insurance carriers & claims administrators — for cargo insurance certification, claims, and subrogation.
- Regulators & law enforcement — when required by valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law (including DOT, FMCSA, CBP, IRS, and California authorities).
- Service providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics vendors bound by written agreements to protect your data.
We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
